Witchlets in the Woods is organized by a group called "the Weavers" who make decisions by consensus. To become a Weaver you must have attended one camp and be able to commit to missing a maximum of two meetings throughout the year and be consensed in by the existing weavers.

We also have many "spinners" who take on individual pieces of work but who are not consensing members of the cell.
