Call for Proposals
We are currently accepting proposals from those interested in teaching at this year's camp which will run from Saturday August 4 through Wednesday August 8, 2007. We invite anyone who is interested in teaching with us to submit a proposal for a path for the following age groups:
- 0-4
- Faery Path 5 & 6 (an initiatory path)
- 7-11 (two paths preferred - one adventure and one craft-oriented)
- 12 and up
- 17 and up or adults.
The proposal should include the name of the team members, theme and general path outline. We encourage experienced teachers to include mentoring youth as part of their teams including youth in the community who are ready to step into more leadership.
The myth for this year is Sleeping Beauty.
Prospective teachers should be aware that this is a service position and everyone -including teachers and organizers- pays full fee to come to camp. Partial scholarships are available. While Camp is now full, we have reserved spaces for teachers and their families who have not already registered.
The selection committee will review all proposals and make selections by May 15, 2007.
